Need motivation to stay on track!!!

I know I’ve asked about many diets since I’ve been on this, and I just want all to know that I have tried a few diets when I was in college. Since then I only stuck with one faithfully. The vegetarian diet. Overall I am healthy inside and out.  I’ve been stuck at about 170 for a long time. I would go down a few in the summer  or up a few in the winter. My goal is to change that 170 into 150.  I plan to write everthing down that I eat.  I plan to seriously cut back on the junk food (cookies, chips, soy ice cream).. thats my main problem. I plan to post daily so I can stay on track. Starting today!

medifast

anyone here ever try the medifast diet? a few friends of my are starting it in a couple of days and have been trying to talk me into it. It sounds like i’ll be starving myself. I don’t know all the details about it though. If you know more about it please share your knowledge!!!!

Flat Belly Diet

Hello my fellow Health Nuts!! Has anyone heard of the Flat Belly Diet? anyone Bought the book? If so Please tell me about it.

wat I ate

an apple so far.. I’ll write back later. Ran outside for 40minutes, walked for 20mins, lifted weights for 20 minutes= the biggest loser dvd.

Saturday wat I ate

so far just an apple, will have a vegetable panini sandwich

1 apple, 1/2 c Cranberry Juice, soy sausage, sloppy Joe Sauce, baby carrots, homemade Hummus, flat wrap bread, jelly beans, 1 orange, 1 slice veg cheese, 2 apples, 1/4C lowfat cottage cheese, 1 cup Silk, 1 Cup raisen Bran.  total calories= 1040. I ate a little something every 3 to 4 hours.

7am- 1/2 veg salad wrap, 10am- apple and small banana, 2pm-1 orange, 5:30pm-orange, 7pm-1/2 salad wrap, protien powder w/ water and 1/4 cup cranberryjuice, small bag sunchips and 1oz of sharp cheddar cheese.

Easter

Happy belated Easter!! if you haven’t yet… Don’t weight yourself. I made that mistake.. but I’m not stressing.. just cus it said I gained back the 3  pounds I lost last week… I know I ate a lot yesterday but I’m on track today.. I plan to stay that way.. I’ll be in the Florida Keys in exactly 12 days.. I plan to make the most of it…  Good luck to all and Keep up the great work…

Today I worked out “the Biggest loser dvd- 70mins. bootcamp-high mpact aerobics & weight training…warmup and cool down.

April Fools

According to my scale I lost 3lbs 178 last week to 175 this morning. Now I’m back where I started. Yesterday I did 60minutes on the eliptical machine. this morning I ran and did lots of lunges for about 35 minutes. At 8am I had a banana and a bowl of raisin bran cereal. I’ll write again later.
