SO far
My new goal is to write here daily. today I skipped breakfast
. for lunch I had 1/2c of brown rice, with spinach and a veggie burger pattie., with a lil cheese and pizza sauce.. That may sound nasty to some but I’m a vegetarian and I’ve aquired a taste for lots of weird combinations. I also ate a peanut granola bar for a snack. I’ll do aan hour step class this evening and I may do some strength training. yesterday I did 1 hour spin class. felt great.
