medifast
anyone here ever try the medifast diet? a few friends of my are starting it in a couple of days and have been trying to talk me into it. It sounds like i’ll be starving myself. I don’t know all the details about it though. If you know more about it please share your knowledge!!!!

I don’t know anything about it other than you just drink stuff to lose weight right? Well, if you want to lose weight for a couple weeks to just gain it back, then sure go for it. But when you need or want to lose weight long term - life term - think to yourself - “Can I do this the rest of my life?” If not, you are probably going to end up waisting your time. Just my two cents - I always hate to see someone get hurt so do your research first please!
