Need motivation to stay on track!!!
I know I’ve asked about many diets since I’ve been on this, and I just want all to know that I have tried a few diets when I was in college. Since then I only stuck with one faithfully. The vegetarian diet. Overall I am healthy inside and out. I’ve been stuck at about 170 for a long time. I would go down a few in the summer or up a few in the winter. My goal is to change that 170 into 150. I plan to write everthing down that I eat. I plan to seriously cut back on the junk food (cookies, chips, soy ice cream).. thats my main problem. I plan to post daily so I can stay on track. Starting today!

Jasmine, I’m kind of new at this blogging so I hope it works. It seems to me you have a plan. I believe when you cut back on the cookies, chips and soy ice cream you will lose the extra weight that you have been trying to lose. Also, try changing up your workout. For example, if you run every day try running hills or if you walk try walking the stairs at a stadium. I will look forward to reading your daily post, starting today as you stated.
